Managed Governance Partner™

Deliver pre-execution AI Runtime Governance to your customers as part of your existing cybersecurity, compliance, AI assurance, or managed services — without building the technology yourself.

What it is

What is a Managed Governance Partner™?

A Managed Governance Partner™ integrates Resurrection Tech’s Runtime Governance into their existing cybersecurity, compliance, or managed AI services. You extend what you already deliver — detection, response, assurance, compliance, managed operations — with pre-execution governance for autonomous and agentic AI.

Your customers continue working primarily with you. Runtime Governance operates behind the scenes: every agent action is evaluated before execution and resolved to allow, block, or escalate. The partner owns the relationship; Resurrection Tech provides the governance engine, integration, and ongoing updates.

Core value layer

Runtime Governance Executive Reports™

The API protects the system. The report proves the value.

Runtime Governance Executive Reports™ turn runtime activity into board-ready evidence. Each report shows what was protected, what was prevented, what changed, and what actions are recommended next — so Runtime Governance does not only block unsafe actions, it demonstrates its value.

What was protected

The systems, data, and tools your agents could reach.

What was prevented

Unsafe actions blocked before they executed.

What changed

New tools, risks, or trajectories since the last period.

Governance posture

Current coverage against forbidden states (Ω).

ALLOW / BLOCK / ESCALATE metrics

Verdict volumes and trends over time.

Audit trail status

Tamper-evident record of every decision.

Risk reduction actions

Steps taken, and those still outstanding.

Executive recommendations

Prioritised next actions for leadership.

Monthly evidence layer

A recurring record customers can act on.

Delivered monthly, the reports give partners and customers evidence to support:

  2. Runtime ActivityVolume and pattern of governed actions.
  3. Actions PreventedUnsafe trajectories blocked before execution.
  4. EscalationsWhat was routed for human review, and outcomes.

Commercial model

How the commercials work.

The partnership combines a one-time onboarding, annual platform access, and per-customer commercial bands, with a minimum annual commitment.

What you license

What partners are actually licensing.

Resurrection Tech does not simply hand over unrestricted raw code. Partners license access to Runtime Governance infrastructure, evidence generation, deployment support, monitoring, updates, and commercial rights to use Runtime Governance within approved customer deployments.

Integration can be delivered through different models depending on the partner’s environment, customer requirements, compliance burden, and deployment model.

Licensing does not require customers to use Resurrection Tech hosting. Organisations may choose a fully managed Runtime Governance API or deploy approved Runtime Governance infrastructure within their own cloud environment where appropriate.

Integration models

Three ways to deliver it.

Hosted is the simple default; private deployment suits sensitive environments; embedded licensing packages governance into your own service.

Hosted API Model

The partner or customer sends agent plans, tool calls, or proposed actions to the Resurrection Tech Runtime Governance API.

FlowPartner / customer agent → Runtime Governance API → ALLOW / BLOCK / ESCALATE → partner / customer system executes or stops

Commercial structureSetup + monthly / annual licence + usage / support.

Best forPartners who want the fastest route to validation and deployment without hosting governance infrastructure themselves.

Private Deployment

Resurrection Tech deploys the governance layer inside the customer's cloud, private environment, or approved infrastructure.

FlowCustomer infrastructure → Runtime Governance container / service → governed tool execution

Commercial structureIntegration fee + annual licence + support.

Best forRegulated customers and sensitive environments — private cloud, healthcare, finance, defence, or enterprise deployments where data residency, compliance, or infrastructure control matters.

Embedded / Licensing Model

The partner packages Runtime Governance into their own MSP / MSSP, compliance, AI assurance, or managed security service.

FlowPartner product / service → embedded Runtime Governance → governed customer agents

Important: This does not mean handing over unrestricted code. Resurrection Tech licenses Runtime Governance under commercial terms that preserve ownership, audit rights, usage reporting, and deployment boundaries.

Commercial structureAnnual licence + per-customer commercial bands + minimum annual commitment + audit rights.

Best forMSSPs, cybersecurity companies, compliance firms, AI assurance providers, and platform vendors that want to offer Runtime Governance to customers while Resurrection Tech retains ownership of the engine.

Ownership & control

Resurrection Tech retains ownership of the Runtime Governance engine, governance logic, intellectual property, updates, and core infrastructure. Partners receive commercial rights to use, deploy, package, or integrate Runtime Governance only under agreed terms. Usage reporting, audit rights, and deployment boundaries are retained.

Integration architecture

Format-agnostic by design.

Runtime Governance makes a format-agnostic decision. The decision logic does not change per API — so for most stacks, integration is an adapter problem, not a rebuild. Anything that can make an HTTPS POST can connect.

LangChainOpenAI Agents SDKAnthropic Tool UseAWS BedrockAzure AIMCPCustom Framework
normalised to one contract
Adapter / Normalizer
Runtime Governance Engine

Frameworks and agent stacks pass proposed actions through a thin adapter that normalises them to a single contract; the engine evaluates each one and returns ALLOW, BLOCK, or ESCALATE before execution.

Connection models

Four ways to connect.

Hosted API

Fastest deployment — call the governance API over HTTPS.

Customer cloud

Run it in your own AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud.

Embedded SDK

Integrate the governance layer directly in your runtime.

Network proxy / sidecar

Govern actions transparently, with no agent code changes.

What to expect on effort

Integration effort varies. It depends on how cleanly a framework exposes tool-execution hooks, its authentication model, whether it streams or uses request/response, and the customer’s deployment constraints. Stacks already close to our contract integrate quickly; others take longer. We scope each integration as an engineering estimate, not a fixed timeline.

Deployment flexibility

Deploy where your organisation needs it.

Runtime Governance is deployment-model agnostic. Organisations can deploy the governance layer in the environment that best fits their security, compliance, operational, and data residency requirements.

Hosted by Resurrection Tech

  • Fully managed Runtime Governance API
  • Fastest deployment
  • Continuous updates
  • Monitoring and support
  • Ideal for organisations that want minimal operational overhead

Customer Cloud Deployment

Host Runtime Governance within your own approved cloud environment:

  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Private cloud
  • On-premises infrastructure (where appropriate)

Resurrection Tech deploys, configures, validates, and supports the governance layer while you retain control of your own infrastructure if desired.

Dedicated Enterprise Deployment

For highly regulated environments:

  • Private networking
  • Customer-controlled infrastructure
  • Compliance-driven deployment
  • Dedicated environments
  • Enterprise support
  • Custom integration architecture
Deployment & ownership

Deployment location is determined during technical discovery and implementation. Runtime Governance can be delivered as a managed API, customer-hosted deployment, or licensed enterprise deployment depending on operational, regulatory, security, and commercial requirements. The deployment model changes where Runtime Governance runs — not who owns it: Resurrection Tech retains ownership of the governance engine, intellectual property, updates, and licensing rights regardless of deployment location. Why partner

Why become a Managed Governance Partner™?

Agentic AI is moving into the environments you already secure and assure — and your customers are asking who governs what those agents can do. A Managed Governance Partnership lets you answer that question with an enforced, pre-execution control, rather than a policy document.

You extend your existing cybersecurity and compliance services into AI Runtime Governance without inventing the technology yourself. Resurrection Tech maintains the governance engine, the reachability analysis, and the updates as models, tools, and regulations change; you keep the customer relationship, the deployment, and the commercial growth.
